We are proud to provide service and maintenance jobs to the industry, it can sometimes be tough finding an electrician for a small service call but CSK is here to help. Our Electricians have dealt with many different situations, being able to troubleshoot and problem solve any issue that may arise.
CSK Electric has also worked with many restoration companies to make quick fixes and electrical repairs as seamless as possible. We understand that timelines are a priority so we are dedicated to being diligent and efficient.
Strata Maintenance is one of the main contributors to our workload as a company. We maintain many buildings from Surrey to Abbotsford for all electrical repairs to new projects. We want to be able to offer as many possibilities to the strata wherever we can help, such as looking into what needs to be maintained or the possibility of adding Electric Vehicle chargers into an existing building.
Here are some of the service call fees that we provide:
- Service call-out fee ( 1 Hour ) = $140
- Small Job Fee (2-4 Hours ) = $140 first hour and $100 for hours proceeding
- 4 Hour + $80 per hour
Electric Vehicle Consultations ( Retrofit Electric Vehicles in existing Buildings; BC Hydro Incentives) $500 for full work with BC Hydro to analyse consumption of the building and the possibility of putting multiple electric vehicles in existing apartments/townhome or duplex homes.
